Use this page when you need release history after a version has been applied.

## Current release [#current-release]

The current repository changelog records version `1.0.0` for the TaxKit
identity change. Packages remain private and unpublished pending a separate
publication approach. A changelog entry or package version does not establish
that an npm package or deployed API is available.

Use the older `0.0.1` entry for the initial calculator API and engine history.

## Pending changes [#pending-changes]

Before a release is cut, inspect pending Changesets:

```sh
bun run changeset status --verbose
```

Do not copy pending Changeset text into a public changelog by hand. Apply the
release train with `bun run version-repo` only during deliberate release prep.
